  • Developed a flair for completely original and creative ideas - incorporating phenomenal taste sensations and style.
  • Considering the constant change and continual growth, it was time for a facelift and Taste Explosion was launched.

  • Worked for top Johannesburg catering company for 3 years.
  • Worked in the UK for 3 years in top hotels.
  • Return to SA and join forces with Amber in 2003.
  • Create exciting taste sensations - for any size of function.
  • Keep the taste sensations flowing.
  • Ensure fantastic, fresh food remains the focus.

About Andreas:

  • Hotel School in Johannesburg
  • Restaurant chef for the opening team of the Park Hyatt Hotel in Johannesburg
  • Worked in UK for 2 years at top hotels
  • Returned to S.A and joined largest Kosher caterers in Johannesburg for 4 years.
  • Opened 2 new top restaurants in Johannesburg.
Joined Richard 2 years ago at Taste Explosion and continuing creative food with fresh flavors.
